Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products/services to existing and prospective customers, using compelling sales arguments.
- Analyze customer needs and perform cost-benefit assessments to offer tailored solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships to secure ongoing sales opportunities.
- Identify and target high-potential, unallocated customers to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Regularly report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends.
Daily & Periodic Responsibilities:
- Attend daily huddle meetings and report on progress toward sales goals.
- Participate in weekly accountability meetings and submit regular reports (e.g., route planner, 4Dx results).
- Manage expenses and budget effectively.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly sales goal reviews and country trip planning.
- Engage in ongoing personal and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (Matric).
- Previous sales experience is an advantage, though entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent command of MS Office, with familiarity in CRM and BRM practices.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and a strong communicator.
- Ability to create tailored presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Tools & Systems:
- Proficient in Repwise, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Sweet Process (SOPs).
