National Sales Manager

Our client is looking for a National Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive business growth across the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy to meet the companys business objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals, and providing regular performance feedback.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the development and training of the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and resources to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations in the execution of sales activities.
