PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

Responsibilities:

• Prepare concept design to final set of construction drawings to the specifications and requirements of the company. This includes accurate measurement and scoping of existing building for final as-built drawings.
• Ensure drawings are compliant with National Building Regulations SANS and other statutory construction requirements in respect of retail premises.
• Manage and submit constructions & signage drawing for council approval nationally, liaising with stake holders in the approval process, and obtaining occupation certificates as result.
• Manage Project Administration.

Requirements for position:

• Tertiary qualification as Professional Architectural Technologist and SACAP registered.
• 5- years' experience as a Professional Architectural Technologist
• Proficiency in Revit LT
• Highly organised, deadline driven and accurate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for projects.
