Build a competent and motivated payroll team

Ensure the payroll administrators accurately process the payroll function

Audit payroll information and take corrective action to ensure 100% accuracy

Accurately reconcile the payroll with General ledger and Cashbook

Calculate and submit EMP 201 (PAYE, UIF, SDL) returns on SARS e-filing

Submit EMP 501 Annual /Bi- annual reconciliation SARS easy-file

Qualification and Skills:

Must have a Matric or Tertiary Qualification

Must have at least 5 years experience in a payroll function

Must have a proven customer services experience

Must have experience working on SAGE 300 (Non Negotiable)

Must have experience processing payroll's larger than 1000 employees
