Your Responsibilities- Monitor and assess compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations relevant to our industry.
- Implement, review, and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they remain effective.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, documenting findings and recommending improvements.
- Provide training and resources to staff on compliance topics and best practices.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure ongoing compliance and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards, advising the team accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as CCEP or CRCM) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
