Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions, including chatbots (voice and text-based).
Build and maintain machine learning models using Python.
Work with QA systems to ensure performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Integrate and manage API connections for system interoperability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovative tech initiatives.
Think critically and act quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Machine Learning / AI engineering.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with chatbots (both scripted and voice).
Understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
Familiarity with APIs and system integration.
Background in financial services preferred.
Office-based role must thrive in an on-site, team-oriented setting.
