Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lifts, generators, and power systems.
• Lead energy efficiency and sustainability efforts, including the integration of alternative energy solutions.
• Manage internal staff and external contractors to ensure high service standards and compliance.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations (OHS and SHE).
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term maintenance plans.
• Ensure all technical operations align with internal policies and statutory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• National Diploma (T4/S4) or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is essential.
• At least 57 years of experience in a technical facilities role, preferably in a large-scale environment.
• Solid understanding of contract and project management, as well as property infrastructure.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office) and financial acumen.
