SECURITY QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Purpose: Inspections, audit and corrective measures of guarding operations.

This vacancy is reserved for applicants in terms of the EE Act.

Experience within the Private Security Sector essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

Responsible for managing quality on operational execution levels

Managing quality functions in the Division ranging on Site and Branch levels

Inspections, audit and corrective of Guarding Operations

Overseeing and participating in critical controls such as wages, fuel expenses, uniforms and

automation

Responsible for new operational startup quality control

Managing Special QA projects as and when identified

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

PSIRA certification Grade A

Grade 10 or equivalent qualification

Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record

Drivers License & Own transport

Will be travelling to various sites in various regions daily

Security Diploma and Middle Management Development Program preferable

Must be renowned for Making a Difference in Private Security Operational Execution ie. your good operational reputation must precede you

Have a thorough knowledge of Guarding, Technology and Specialised Operations

Understand and have personally practiced the fundamentals of guarding operations

Experience in security audit and inspection duties

Ability to formulate and evaluate SOPs

Trained and experienced in the ISO Quality Management System

Safety practices inclined and practiced safety leadership in security operations

Exposure to Operational Designs, thereby creating change to nonfunctional operational execution

Must have an understanding of wage cost, fuel, and unform controls
