As a Customer Services Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication for our clients
Qualifications:
- High level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- Clear Criminal and Clear Credit records
- Minimum 1 year call center experience required (BPO preferred)
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Computer Literate and ability to speed type (25wpm)
- Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
- Achieving computer stem objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying and evaluating options and suggesting a course of action
- Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
- Answer customer inquiries via email, chat or phone promptly and courteously.
- Provide technical assistance to customers in resolving software/hardware issues.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure that issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Application Question(s):
- Willing to work US rotational hours
- Able to work flexible working hours between Monday- Sunday
Education:
- High School (matric) (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- BPO Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- High English proficiency (Required)
