Electrical Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, and clients.
• Review and interpret electrical designs, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Oversee project execution, including quality control, compliance with standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Assist with tender evaluations and procurement processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng or BSc Eng).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical project engineering within infrastructure, industrial, or energy sectors.
• Professional registration (or working towards registration) with ECSA is advantageous.
• Proficient in project management principles and tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
