Service Manager - Diagnostic and X-Ray Equipment - The Recruiters

Our client is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging equipment, specializing in the sales, installation, maintenance, and service of x-ray equipment.

The Service Manager will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, securing and managing service contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing service teams, preferably in the medical imaging industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment, including x-ray, CT, and MRI systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with service management software.
