Position Overview:

This role is suited for someone with solid experience in the sales and manufacturing sectors. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and able to collaborate well with a team while also working independently.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12.
  • At least 3 5 years within a customer service / internal sales support environment.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and CRM Systems.
  • Bilingual, English and Afrikaans.
  • Must have experience working on an ERP system.
  • Basic knowledge of export processes will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:

Processing of Sales Orders:

  • Ensure orders are captured correctly within specified deadlines.
  • Invoicing of orders.
  • Ensure orders are dispatched within specified deadlines.
  • Processing of export orders.

Daily Order Management:

  • Follow up on and manage production orders, providing feedback to customers.
  • Follow up on and manage import orders, providing feedback to customers.
  • Management of blanket orders.
  • Prepare orders and documentation required for export orders.
  • Assist walk-in customers and process quotations.

Quotations and Payments:

  • Receive and process quotation requests, ensuring timely responses to customers.
  • Process payments received for quotations.
  • Assist customers and process cash sales, including payments via card machine.

Salary:

  • R145620
  • Pension fund and medical aid.
  • 13th cheque based on the discretion of the company's performance.
