Minimum Requirements:
- Essential: Matric
- Beneficial: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar.
- Essential: MS Office Suite.
- Essential: Own Vehicle and valid Drivers License.
Administrative Support:
- Provide thorough administrative assistance to executives, managers, and team members as required.
- Organise and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Handle all forms of correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
- Oversee office supplies and maintain a well-organised office environment.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
HR Administration:
- Keep employee records accurate and up to date.
- Manage new hire documentation and support onboarding procedures.
- Provide assistance with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Monitor and track employee attendance, absences, and leave requests.
- Aid in coordinating performance reviews and employee training schedules.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and employment regulations.
- Offer general HR support and respond to employee inquiries as needed.
