Recruitment Consultant

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Previous sales, or customer support experience will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure the best outcomes for all stakeholders
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• A proactive and resilient mindset, always striving to achieve success
• Proficient computer skills
• A passion for building relationships and helping people achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities:

• - Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Identify potential candidates through various sourcing techniques such as networking, job boards, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities and present them to clients.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and industry best practices.
• Reaching daily KPIs and monthly targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, employment legislation, and market trends.
