ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: 5+ Years in Sales, Marketing, Brand Experience and Events.

2+ Years Management of agencies or external suppliers within a corporate.

Automotive experience essential.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and cross functionally across business units.
Communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Leadership and people management.
Excellent operational, strategic and practical understanding of marketing and communication.

WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
Bachelors degree in business management / marketing or related field of study.

Masters in business administration is recommended.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
Develop Client Driving Experience Strategy and business case.
Oversee the operational management of the Client Driving Experience through closely steering the BDE Agency (including fleet, instructors, certification)
Ensure competency of the agency appointed to manage BDE by monitoring performance through quarterly business reviews and developing corrective measures where needed
Manage and control expenditure against planned budget to ensure that Client Driving Experience objectives are met within agreed budget
Deliver agreed number of courses in line with Client AG Driving Experience standards
Ensure planning and execution of marketing plans for the BMW Driving Experience
Ensure adherence to Client Driving Experience CI guidelines
Review the end-to-end customer journey and identify gaps and opportunities
Position the Client Driving Experience as the benchmark within the premium sector
Improve service delivery / processes of BDE and act where necessary
Deliver a premium experience within agreed budget.
Measure guest satisfaction through regular surveys
Prepare competitive reviews and benchmark our course offering and pricing
Execute on brand Client Events to help position Client as an authentic luxury brand
Capture leads and work with Funnel Steering team to include opportunities in lead nurturing journey
Develop and manage the M Owners Club
