Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

  • Effectively manage a large team, including technicians and installers assistants, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out.
  • Experience reviewing and understanding Contracts and Contract Law.
  • Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product
details and company services offered.
  • Offer customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and
ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services.
  • Assists with or performs administrative tasks directly affecting the contracts department.
  • Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures the
service department adheres to all regulations.
  • Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen
those recurring issues.
  • Oversee team members of over 45 performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs.
  • Ensure the contracts department meets reportable deadlines and enforcing compliance to
company procedures.
  • Recruiting employees or subcontractors.
  • Complete performance reviews of contracts department staff.
  • Dealing with large projects and big sites.
  • Travel to sites locally and nationally.
Qualifications
  • Finance or Legal Degree.
Skills
  • Minimum 10 years experience dealing with Contract Laws.
  • Knowledge and experience with NEC, NEC3, JBCC, GCC and FIDIC.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently on complex tasks.
  • Knowledge of Construction and Project Management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
