Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
  • Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities that foster team spirit.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the workplace experience for all team members.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR department as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in human resources or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly in HR, is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with HRIS systems.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help employees succeed.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
