A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to oversee critical financial processes and ensure accurate reporting. This role is ideal for a finance professional with experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, who is looking to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring alignment with international standards
- Conduct trial balance reconciliations and support month-end balance sheet reviews.
- Manage global month-end reporting and VAT reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis.
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and senior management requests.
Job Description and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting Degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of financial accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in accounting ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numeracy, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
