Job Overview
To oversee and process various monthly Time & attendance and Company payroll data in a timely, and accurate manner in accordance with the payroll processing calendar and deadlines for the Company’s payroll(s). To prepare and administer payroll-maintained fields on the payroll system as required for the full life cycle of the employee from employment to termination and beyond.
Main Responsibilities (but not limited to)
To oversee and process various monthly Time & attendance and Company payroll data in a timely, and accurate manner in accordance with the payroll processing calendar and deadlines for the Company’s payroll(s). To prepare and administer payroll-maintained fields on the payroll system as required for the full life cycle of the employee from employment to termination and beyond.
Main Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Processing & administering of all Company payroll data on Sage 300 People system by both manual and bulk upload processing.
- New employee processing
- Termination processing
- Leave Processing
- Maternity & Paternity documents and payroll processing
- Distribution of Payslips
- Answering calls and responding to mails pertaining to Payroll and its function.
- Maintaining the payroll mailbox.
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting based on this.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

- Finance/HR/Payroll/Administrative/Management Qualification (Essential)
- 2+ years Proven Payroll Administration Experience
- Sage 300 People experience & or training (Essential)
- Intermediate – Advanced Excel Experience
- Intermediate MS Office Experience
- Previous Information Management Experience
