Digital Content & Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our clients brand and business goals. Create engaging content across multiple formats, including blogs, emails, social media, and videos.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our clients social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), focusing on audience growth and engagement.
• SEO & SEM: Optimise website content and digital campaigns to improve search rankings and manage PPC/SEM efforts to drive traffic and conversions.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and partnerships. Track and report on performance to optimise strategies.
• Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align messaging with company goals and values and collaborate on internal communications with the People & Culture Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in digital content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, CMS, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools. Basic graphic design/video editing skills are a plus.
• Creative & Strategic: Ability to generate and execute original content ideas with a focus on audience engagement and brand-building.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse campaign data and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
