Your Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities that foster team spirit.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees.

- Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR department as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in human resources or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly in HR, is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with HRIS systems.
