Technical Sales Engineer - Industrial Geared Motors & Power Transmission Solutions

You should excel in client consultations, engineering calculations, and closing deals, while thriving in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• 3+ years in technical sales (geared motors, VSDs, or industrial gearboxes preferred)
• Strong grasp of power transmission systems and their industrial applications
• Proven ability to translate technical specs into commercial value
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Sales: Identify client needs, conduct engineering calculations (conveyors, hoists, agitators), and propose tailored solutions
• Business Growth: Drive revenue by expanding market share in key industries (mining, cement, energy, etc.)
• Client Relationships: Build long-term partnerships through consultative selling and exceptional service
• Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and refine sales strategies
• Collaboration: Work with engineering and marketing teams to align solutions with client requirements
