Our client is looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join their team in Long Beach, Cape Town. The successful candidate will support the Retail Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Retail Manager in the daily operations of the store.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Manage and supervise staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order stock as necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Implement store policies and procedures.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Oversee merchandising and display efforts.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
