What Youll Be Doing: ð¹ Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts by analysing sales trends, costs, and market dynamics.
ð¹ Collaborate with sales and operational teams to align financial strategies with business performance.ð¹ Provide financial insights to optimize profitability and decision-making.
ð¹ Manage working capital, ensuring effective cash management and risk mitigation.
ð¹ Lead budgeting and forecasting aligned with operational goals.
ð¹ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
ð¹ Ensure financial compliance and best practices.
ð¹ Support investment and funding decisions through data-driven financial modelling.
ð¹ Track and analyse key financial KPIs for continuous performance improvement.
What Were Looking For: â 5+ years of experience in financial management, forecasting, and operational finance.
â Deep understanding of sales cycles, operations, and business performance drivers.â Expertise in cash flow forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
â Strong proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
â Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; BI tools experience is a plus.
â Professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA) are preferred but not essential.
â Strong communicator and collaborator with a commercial mindset.
