Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

As the Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insight and strategy. Your duties will include:

• Preparing management accounts and providing accurate financial reporting.
• Developing and monitoring annual budgets to support strategic decision-making.
• Conducting cost analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with department heads to forecast and control costs effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• CIMA/CGMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in management accounting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
• Advanced knowledge of financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
