A well-established property company is looking for a skilled Senior Payroll Administrator with extensive experience in PaySpace to manage the end-to-end payroll function. As the Senior Payroll Administrator, your key responsibility will be overseeing the payroll process, ensuring precise salary calculations, benefits, and deductions for all employees, while ensuring full compliance with legislation and company policies.Your focus will be on managing PaySpace payroll systems, addressing complex payroll queries, and submitting required statutory reports in a timely and accurate manner.
As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage all payroll-related documentation, including employee contracts, ensuring accurate input into PaySpace and proper filing of physical employee records.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the PaySpace system.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain contracts for new employees in PaySpace.
- Stay current with PaySpace updates and industry trends to continually improve payroll processes.
- Prepare and submit internal reports using PaySpace.
- Manage injury-on-duty claims and ensure they are processed correctly through PaySpace.
- Collaborate with auditors during the annual audit process.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual statutory reports, including EMP 201, EMP 501, Employment Equity, Skills Development, and Workmans Compensation Fund.
- Issue accurate tax certificates to employees, leveraging the full functionality of PaySpace.
Qualifications: Completed Matric
Payroll qualification would be beneficial
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years payroll experience.
Meticulous attention to detail.Proven expertise in PaySpace payroll systems.
