Transaction advisor/transactor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex, multi-faceted transactions
• Interpret and review financial models
• Execute Project Finance processes and timelines
• Client management and liaison
• Implement fundraising or transaction advisory work
• Coordinate feasibility studies and manage internal and external teams
• Supervise modellers and junior support staff
• Report writing and presentation of findings to clients

Requirements:

• Qualifications: BCom / Finance, CA, or MBA
• IT Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting
• Staff Management: Ability to manage and assess multidisciplinary teams and present findings to clients
