Intermediate BI Developer – Johannesburg – R600k to R800k per annum

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs to technical specifications.
• Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g., data warehousing models)
• Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems.
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
• Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
• Develop and update technical documentation.
• Client Data Support
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors in computer science or informatics or similar
• Minimum of 5 years experience designing and building Data/Analytics solutions
• Minimum of 4 years development experience in BI Solutions (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and Power BI)
• Minimum of 5 years in MS SQL Server databases and T-SQL scripting
• Power BI
• DAX
• Microsoft SQL, T-SQL
• SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
• Azure
